Rent
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $ 800 - 1400/week
- Rates are for 6 people. Each additional guest - $20 / night
- Children up to 2 years of age are free
- Children up to 12 years of age are half price
- Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice
- There is a required $300 refundable damage deposit
- Minimum rental period is a week
Cancellation policy: Cancellation will be dated from the day written notice is received in our office. 91 days or more 20% refund. 60-90 days 50%. 60 days or less, no refund.
